No previous sketch writing experience required.

In this workshop, you will:

1. Learn the fundamentals of sketch writing, including premise development, character creation, and punchline construction.
2. Explore different comedy styles and techniques, hooks, character arks and beats.
3. Practice brainstorming and idea generation techniques to generate original and unique sketch ideas.
4. Receive feedback and critique to refine your sketches and improve your writing.

By the end of the workshop, you will have the tools and knowledge to write funnier, sharper, and more effective sketches, and to take your comedy writing career to the next level.

Duration: 5-hour workshop

Requirements: A laptop or a notebook and a pen/pencil.
